At Green Paradise Nursery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your plant purchases. Please review our refund and return policy to understand how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds.

1. Returns & Replacements

We take great care to ensure that your plants arrive in excellent condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance. To qualify for a replacement or return:

  • The plant must be unused and in its original condition as received.
  • You must provide photographic evidence of the damage.

2. Refunds

Refunds are issued in the following situations:

  • If a plant arrives severely damaged and we cannot replace it
  • If the wrong plant was delivered due to a mistake on our part

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval, using the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items or discounted plants are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged.
  • Customized orders or plants specifically grown on request are not eligible for returns.

4. Cancellation Policy
